Shopping, gingerbread and date night!!

On the first my mom and I took Piper (the girls stayed with Ryan) and we headed out to go shopping! It was a fun day! We actually got to have adult conversations, didn't have to chase anyone, and got to go at our own pace (even in breakable stores!!) Thanks mom for everything, and especially for spending the day with me!

Yesterday the girls and I FINALLY made the gingerbread house!! Better late than never, right? We missed having our gingerbread party this year... but we will definitely do it next year!

Last night my mom offered to babysit Hallie and Reese so Ryan and I could go on a date!! :) We haven't been on a date since May 10th for our ann'y! We went to see Marley & Me.... sooooo good! I am warning you all-- it is a TEAR JERKER!!!! I could so relate to "Jen" the whole movie! There were so many things they go through as a couple and a family that I felt like I was watching my life! I had tears several time throughout the movie, but the end is definitely the water works! GO... grab a date or a friend and go see Marley & Me!!! I LOVED IT!! {I will say... I don't think we will ever let Hallie watch it... here is your warning to parents... I think a kid would have a hard time watching it, and I am sure we would be answering questions for weeks after.} Thanks for the date, Ryan!
