We had a FUN weekend. It is so nice getting together with friends. {even ones that live close!!} It just seems with everyone's busy schedules it gets harder and harder to get together. Adam, Jodi, Ellie and Malia came from Ida Grove. Adam, joined Ryan in the splash zone with his cannon balls! Ellie and Hallie are quite the Divas when they get together, and Malia and Reese are great little friends, even though they are both so shy they don't talk :) I was so excited to get to spend some time with Jodi, I just don't feel like we get to see each other as much as we'd like! Craig and Kim, Christian, Sydnee, and Ella came from Davenport. These three kids keep me laughing! They say the funniest things, and as Ryan keeps saying "that Ella is just so dang cute!". Craig and Kim have been talking about coming down... I'm so glad they made the trip! We miss living close to them!! Nick and Lori, Parker and Owen just came from the west side of town... not a long drive, but as our families get busier and busier it seems the trips are less and less. We LOVED seeing Owen's little cartoon run/approach into the pool. Mr. Parker had a fun time on the slide & showing us his new swimming "tricks". Nick showed the guys up with his FLIP into the pool!!! ...and then joined in with the synchronized cannonballs!! Lori, thanks again for everything you brought and all of your help :)
We can't wait to get together again!! Maybe a little fall get together??
