{For those of you that checked out my last digi layouts this is the same Glitz paper I used in the Halloween layout. I just changed the direction of the paper to make the lines horizontal and then added in the red and blue! Gotta love digi... you can use some of the same things for a COMPLETELY different feel!! The stars are also Glitz, just switched to red!}
