Girls weekend

Last weekend my mom and I took my 3 girls to Chicago :) It was fun... and jammed pack with girl time! We spent a lot of time at American Girl store!! Reese and Hallie loved it! They shopped, got their dolls' hair done, got pictures taken, and we even ate at the special cafe! {Seriously, this shop is the coolest!!} It is 2 stories and looks like a little town inside! Add it to your stop next time you are in Chicago! It made our trip! We also went to Shedd's Aquarium & took a double decker bus tour. It was a great ending to our summer!

{I also attended CHA while in Chicago... I'll post separate on that}

The bus tour, Hallie was the photographer... she took about 100 pics!

Lunch at Rainforest Cafe... sometimes blurry pics are the best!
VOLCANO!! Yummy dessert!
Working at the Hershey's Factory...

Here is Reese's convo with the Reese Cup:

"Ya know what? Ya know what? Ya know what?" Reese says over and over
"_______" Reese's cup shrugs his shoulders, unable to speak
"I really like you!" BIG FAT GRIN!!! :)

Horse ride around the city. We even saw Oprah's house!!

Shedd's Aquarium:
(in the play submarine)

At the American Girl Doll Store...

pictures on the big screen...

Dinner at the cafe.
"What would you like to drink?" waitress
"Ummmm, hot coca" answers Hallie "I want to pretend it is Christmas!"

What a FUN FUN weekend!

Did you know that American Girl is going to build a new store or outlet center around the Washington Tyson Center area.

It is going to be right next door to Bloomingdales. The Washington DC area is a great place to visit if you plan on travelling.

There is also rumors of them building one is Kansas City in September.
